Abstract

The TREN–GaPO gallophosphate (TREN: for tris-(2-aminoethyl)amine) has been obtained for the first time with only one structure-directing agent (SDA). It has been synthesized as a pure phase by solvothermal treatment using ethylene glycol as main solvent and ethylformamide as precursor of ethylamine, the structure-directing agent. This paper reports the study of the formation of Ea–TREN–GaPO material, and its characterization by chemical analyses, scanning electron microscopy, thermal analyses, and infrared and 13C, 19F, 31P Solid State NMR spectroscopy.
