Abstract

Although it has its moments, one of the benefits of being an editor is that I no longer have to suffer abuse from angry patients or those that look after them. Within my practice I was unfortunate enough to witness a number of colleagues being sworn at, kicked and racially assaulted by a range of people—including one poor soul who was stabbed in the neck with a plastic fork.
