Abstract
This paper deals with the problem of stability analysis for discrete-time systems with time-varying delay. Based on a recently-developed matrix inequality, a new stability criterion is obtained for discrete-time systems with time-varying delay by combining the auxiliary-function-based summation inequality. Two numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
