Abstract

The Giessen slow positron sources TEPOS with intense beams in the energy range between some eV and 100 keV are described shortly the slow positrons emerging from the tungsten moderator are first accelerated by applying a positive potential about 50 V to 2 kV and are then guided by a magnetic transport system with a maximum field of 0.02 T to the experimental places. New results for positron remoderation and of relative L-eross section measurements are presented.
