Two remarkable species of sawflies are newly recorded for Sicily: Cimbex fagi (Zaddach, 1863) (Cimbicidae) from Nebrodi and Madonie Mountains, and Xeris pallicoxae Goulet, 2015 from Etna Volcano (Siricidae), whereas Urocerus sah (Mocsary, 1881), only recently recorded from western Sicily as U. augur, is newly recorded from eastern Sicily (Etna Volcano). Information on the occurrence of these three sawflies is provided, along with brief ecological data. With these new records the number of species of sawflies known for Sicily rises to 150, belonging to ten families, including 7 Cimbicidae and 4 Siricidae.
