New reflection matrices for the Uq(gl(m|n)) case

Abstract

We examine supersymmetric representations of the B-type Heckealgebra. We exploit such representations to obtain new non-diagonalsolutions of the reflection equation associated with the super algebraUq(gl(m|n)). The boundary super algebra is briefly discussed and it is shown to be central to thesupersymmetric realization of the B-type Hecke algebra.
