Abstract
Article is devoted to a new order of control of correctness of delivery of leaves of disability by the medical organizations by territorial authorities of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation according to the Order of the Russian Ministry of Health of 23.11.2021 № 1090n “About the statement of the Procedure Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation of check of observance of an order of delivery, extension and registration of leaves of disability”. It was noted that the audit may affect both private and public organizations. The reasons for conducting such inspections, the peculiarities of notifying medical organizations about their scheduled or unscheduled inspection, the duration and possibility of extending the inspection period, as well as its suspension, were considered. The list of documents that the inspectors may require from the medical organization, as well as the requirements for the act compiled according to the results of the audit, was analyzed.
