Abstract
A new genus and two new species Coronidilar yanae gen. et sp. nov. and Cretodilar multinervius sp. nov. (Neuroptera: Dilaridae), were described from Upper Cretaceous (Cenomanian) amber of northern Myanmar. They are assigned to this family by the typical male antenna with unipectinate flagellum (Coronidilar yanae sp. nov.), proximal and median nygmata present (both species); Coronidilar yanae sp. nov. differs from other genera by the configuration of wing venation, such as: in forewing no crossveins in subcostal space, no gradate series of crossveins present, and hind wing RP1 originating before RP proper. Cretodilar multinervius sp. nov. differs from Cretodilar burmanus by RP1 originating before RP proper, and with more scp-ra and ra-rp crossveins. In addition, a revision of the genus Cretodilar has been proposed.
