Abstract

Luminescent properties of oxazole, oxadiazole and pyrazoline amphiphilic derivatives have been studied in solutions, powders and Langmuir multilayers. It is shown that chromophore orientation of amphiphilic luminophores and stability of Langmuir monolayers depends on the number and phility of hydrophilic groups and on the number of hydrophobic alkyl chains. In mixed compositions of the luminophores studied with stearic acid, maximum luminescence intensity is observed at 10–20 mol% luminophore concentration.
