Abstract
Results from a spectral study of galaxies with UV excess from the Kazarian list obtained with the 2.6-m telescope at the Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory in Armenia are presented. Measurements of red shifts, distances, absolute magnitudes, and magnitudes in the B, V, R, and I bands are reported.
