Abstract

Abstract The Jackson Laboratory Mouse Repository continues to add to a broad and varied collection of mutant mouse models that are applicable to a variety of research fields and human disease studies. Among the more recent arrivals are a number of humanized strains that are particularly suited for transplantation work, mutations helpful in unraveling the causes of autoimmunity and processes of inflammation, as well as strains that may lead to better understanding of immune cell maturation, recruitment, trafficking and function. Please stop by for an updated list of available strains or visit our website at: http://jaxmice.jax.org/research/immunology/index.html . Donating a strain to the Repository fulfills the NIH’s requirements for sharing of mice. Researchers wishing to have strains considered for inclusion in the Repository are encouraged to submit their strains at: http://www.jax.org/donate-a-mouse .
