Abstract

Three new monoterpene glycosides, komarovins A–C (1–3), together with one known monoterpene glycoside (4) and two known phenolic compounds (5-6), were isolated and identified from the aerial parts of Dracocephalum komarovi. Their structures were established based on comprehensive spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with reported data. Compounds 2–4 were investigated for their inhibition against nitric oxide (NO) production in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages, and all of them displayed inhibitory effects on NO production.
