Abstract
In this work we suggest new methods for investigating the model Volterra type integral equation with singularity and logarithmic singularity, the kernel of which consists of a composition of polynomial functions with logarithmic singularity and functions with singular points. The problem of investigating this type of integral equation for n = 2m reduces to the problem to investigate the Volterra type integral equation (4) for n = 2 and for n = 2m + 1, it is reduced to m Volterra integral equation (4) and one integral equation (5) for n = 1.
