Abstract

Understanding computers is mentally and factually closer to the eastern psyche despite being developed from western technology, which helps us have a more sober perspective on the complicated phenomenon of cultural communication. Based on the review of classical theoretical literature on media studies the paper summarizes and refines the concept of new media culture from two main aspects: technology and culture. The media logic is internalized into the social innovation discourse with a constructive analysis of the technically fundamental role of the media as the environment. Thus, further explored how technological innovations have subverted the conditions of cultural traditions in both time and space, restructured the order of information dissemination, and shaped the digital renaissance process of mediated society. It finds that in the balanced relationship between digital renaissance and active audience, it is necessary to keep cultural diversity and commodity in the innovation of new media culture.
