Abstract

Massachusetts legislation that was signed into law this month to remove barriers to timely quality care and provide the state with more effective tools to enforce existing mental health parity laws is being hailed by advocates as a landmark bill that will also provide timely resources to schools and communities to support behavioral health service access.
