Abstract

We consider the possibility of radiative pair production of millicharged matter (particles with effective electric charge epsilone where epsilon<<1) in e/sup +/e/sup -/ collisions and give constraints on the charge (epsilon) of light (< few GeV) millicharged particles from recent single-photon experiments at the SLAC and DESY e/sup +/e/sup -/ storage rings PEP and PETRA. Following a recent suggestion, we also derive limits on a possible anomalous W magnetic moment from these data.
