Abstract

Traditional Q235A distribution circuit fittings have high operation energy consumption and galvanized pollution problems, which is not in line with our carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. A new type of high-strength aluminum alloy with tensile strength up to 407.3 MPa and elongation at break up to 11% is created. It can be used to replace the traditional Q235A in the preparation of distribution circuit fittings.
