Abstract

Combining the discretization of the two- and three-body scattering continuum and the use of a graphics processor unit (GPU) for parallel computing, the authors solved the Faddeev equation for neutron-deuteron scattering, using a modern realistic nucleon-nucleon potential. They carried out the calculations on a desk-top computer and achieved very short run-times.
