Abstract
National University, Seoul, KoreaABSTRACTA new electron beam source based on a pseudospark discharge was developed. Theelectron beam has high brightness of about 3x10A/(m rad)2 and can be used forcompact free electron lasers. New experiment result is reported, a beam energy of 230keV, a current of7 kA and a emmitance of48 mm mrad are obtained.Keywords: pseudospark discharge, beam source
