Abstract
It is shown that the s-channel resonance contributions build up the I t = 1 Compton amplitude in the deep inelastic region. This is done by using ω W-scaling to relate the low energy photo- and electropriduction data and theory to the SLAC-MIT proton-neutron structure function difference measurements.
