Abstract
The present study documented a new distribution record of grass bee, Steganomus lieftincki Pauly, 2009, from two Western Himalayan states of India, i.e. Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, during 2020?2023. This species was earlier recorded from Delhi, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu in India, and it is the first time recorded from the Himalayan region..
