Abstract

A new description with the six-body Fermi couplings only for the strangeness changing weak interaction is proposed in order to cover the weak phenomena from the standpoint of Sakata model for elementary particles. A hypothesis that all strangeness changing weak interactions are realized by the primary six-body couplings can fix their coupling type, which gives fairly good ratios of K,3 decay; R (K~ea) /R(K~.3) =9 and R (K;) /R(K~.3) =0.5. Assuming that the A-particle to neutron transition induces the strangeness conserving weak interaction, we can interpret the ap proximate AITI =i\' rule in the non-leptonic decays from this type of the six-body coupling in co,operation with the strong interaction. The variety of the asymmetries of the hyperon decays is also explained along the same line of interpretation.
