Abstract

By means of two different Riccatiequations with different parameters as subequation in thecomponents of finite rational expansion method, new complexitonsolutions for the (1+1)-dimensional dispersive long wave equationare successfully constructed, which include various combination oftrigonometric periodic and hyperbolic function solutions, variouscombination of trigonometric periodic and rational functionsolutions, and various combination of hyperbolic and rationalfunction solutions.
