Abstract

A new clinical classification of pulmonary hypertension yields the latest recognition of the pathogenesis and strategy for diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension presently. Varied histopathological lesions of pulmonary hypertension differ in etiology, prognosis, and response to various therapies. Re-evaluation of lesion at the histopathological level is receiving a new insights on clinical diagnosis and treatment,as histological date complement those from researches based on nonmorphological techniques.
