Abstract

February is here, and the new conference, the International Microwave and Antennas Symposium (IMAS), will be one of the highlights of this month for our members. IMAS is the first African symposium focused on microwaves and antennas, and it will be the seed for a new enthusiastic and vibrant meeting place for our members ( <xref ref-type="fig" rid="fig1" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">Figure 1</xref> ). The symposium is a collaboration between the IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society (MTT-S) and the Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S).
