Abstract
Four new polyacetylenes ( 3–6) with cytotoxic activities against human tumor cell lines (A549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, XF498, and HCT15) have been isolated from the marine sponge Petrosia sp. They were given the trivial names of dideoxypetrosynols A-D.
