Abstract

Cerebral Palsy is a group of developmental disorders of movement and posture with activity limitation that are caused by non-progressive lesion of the developing brain. Comprehensive case management of children with cerebral palsy includes pharmacotherapy, botulinotherapy, functional therapy and orthotics. Non-drug methods of exposure should be comprehensive and combined. Obligatory step in the treatment of cerebral palsy is the selection of rehabilitation aids - wheelchairs, standing frame, orthoses, landmark plastering.
