Abstract

ABSTRACTThis article deals with an approach for solving ecological problems caused by manure. Medium formulation design, full statistical analysis and unstructured dynamic model synthesis have been discussed. The described biotechnological process is used as an integrated approach for solving an ecological problem caused by manure and in the same time efficient production of L-lysine. The presented approach includes following steps: experimental design of medium formulation, response analysis of the basic kinetic variables, analysis of variance, regression analysis, discriminant analysis, duster analysis, synthesis a models of specific rates with preliminary estimation of parameters, optimisation of dynamic model of fed-batch process for L—lysine production. The adequacy of the proposed models is proved through simulation researches.
