Abstract

This work deals with the study of influence of graphenoids added to the negative active mass (NAM) of a lead-acid battery electrode. The graphenoids were added in the amounts of 0.46; 0.78; 1.4; 2.65 and 5.15 wt. %. The experiments performed were formation, depth of discharge cycles (DoD) and partial state of charge (PSoC) regime. The performance of these electrodes can be even elevated by applying moderate compression of 4 N.cm -2.
