Abstract
The spin wave dispersion relations have been measured by neutron scattering through the ferro-spiral transition temperature of MnP to elucidate the mechanism of the transition. From the analysis based on the one sublattice Heisenberg model, the exchange parameters do not change drastically between both states and the transition would be the result of a small change of the exchange parameters.
