Abstract
The magnetic transition from the paramagnetic phase to the magnetically ordered high-field phase of solid3He is observed by polarized neutron transmission experiments. The transition shows the feasibility of neutron diffraction experiments on the high-field ground state of solid3He. The behavior of the boundary resistance between solid3He and silver powder in a magnetic field is discussed.
