Abstract
In this paper we present experimental details of (e, e′ n) measurements and of the performance of an NE213 scintillation detector used in the experiments. The neutron detection system, the n/γ discrimination techniques, the detection efficiency for low energy neutrons, and typical data obtained for the 12C(e, e′ n) 11C reaction are described.
