Abstract
Measurements on 185Re and 187Re employing a large liquid scintillator and a Linac-pulsed neutron source are described. High-resolution neutron total and capture cross sections are presented from 0·01 to 10 eV. Resonance parameters obtained with shape and area techniques from capture, transmission, and self-indication data are listed from 0 to 100 eV. Average parameters obtained from measured average cross sections are compared to values obtained from resonance parameters.
