Abstract
The ordinary histopathological technique utilizing an automatic tissue processor was studied to remove interfering elements of sodium and chlorine so that nondestructive neutron activation analysis of tissue could be accomplished. The manganese values obtained by this method were found to compare favorably with other methods.
