Abstract

mediate but similar number of dominant follicles than women without OHSS (respectively 12 4.9 and 7.2 5.3, p1⁄40.008; 4.4 4.1 and 4.3 3.7, p1⁄40.89). A multivariable logistic regression revealed that the number of intermediate follicles was the only statistically significant predictor of OHSS occurrence. CONCLUSIONS: Shoview study shows that moderate/severe OHSS incidence after COSwith HP-hMGwas 2.4% in this cohort where 41%of women were considered at high risk of developing OHSS. Although some cases still occurred, risk assessment and COS adaptation allowed satisfactory OHSS risk management.
