Abstract
AbstractA series of neutral hexacoordinate silicon(IV) complexes (4a, 4b, 5a, 5b, 6a, and 6b) with a SiO3N2C, SiSO2N2C, SiO2N3C, SiSON3C, or SiS2ON2C skeleton have been synthesized and structurally characterized by solid‐state and solution NMR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. These studies were performed with a special emphasis on comparing the respective O/NMe/S analogues 4a/5a/6a and 4b/5b/6b and the O/S pairs 4a/4b, 5a/5b, and 6a/6b with respect to their structures and NMR spectroscopic parameters.
