Abstract

<br>Syphilis is a systemic sexually transmitted disease that can be presented with very varied ocular symptoms. We present the case of a 27-year-old patient with ocular inflammation and bilateral papilledema who was finally diagnosed as neurosyphilis. We want to highlight the importance of taking this diagnosis into account in the event of any ocular inflammation of unknown cause.<br>
