Abstract

41 patients with various sellar and parasellar lesions (pituitary adenomas, meningiomas, optic gliomas, craniopharyngeomas and granulomas), who underwent surgery consecutively, were studied by MRI investigations. The advantages of MRI in the diagnosis of sellar lesion are demonstrated by exemplary cases.
