Abstract

Sinapic acid biotransformation was studied and screened using eleven fungal cultures. Penicillium chermesinum AUMC 275, Aspergillus ochraceus AUMC 11328, and Paecilomyces variotii AUMC 5618 showed positive results in the production of metabolites.
