Abstract

Inspired by the structure and functions of the brain, artificial synaptic devices, and neuromorphic computing have bloomed. Based on artificial synaptic devices, neuromorphic computing hardware will become more “brain-like”. This paper gives a brief review of the advances in synaptic device-based neuromorphic computing.
