Abstract
This book provides an account of injuries, diseases and disorders of the neurosystem by relating anatomy and physiology, medical and surgical nursing and community care to a particular disorder. The emphasis is on total patient care. It is designed for registration neurological nursing courses, in particular ENB course 148, and for all nurses working on neurological units and intensive care units. It is also of interest to community nurses, particularly those involved with rehabilitation and psychogeriatric nursing.
