При нейрогенном отеке легких (НОЛ) увеличивается объем легочной интерстициальной и альвеолярной жидкости вследствие повреждения центральной нервной системы [1, 4, 6]. Указывается, что одной из причин развития НОЛ являются системные осложнения после ЧМТ [7].
