This research paper examines the potential advantages of integrating neurodiverse individuals (e.g., those with autism and ADHD) into the globalized workplace and how multinational corporations can adapt HR practices to be more inclusive, considering diverse cultural contexts. As businesses strive to achieve innovation and maintain a competitive edge, the unique perspectives and skills of neurodiverse employees are invaluable. Moreover, fostering an inclusive work environment can enhance brand reputation and boost employee morale.
