Abstract
Traditional chinese medicine is one of the oldest documented medical systems in the world. Therapy is based on active principles contained in medicinal herbs, and herbal medicine can be a valuable resource in effectively treating diseases, even ischemic manifestations. NeuroAid, with both MLC601 and MLC901, with neuroprotective and recovery properties, is a successful alternative in treating post-stroke sequelae, both ischemic and haemorrhagic. The product that has attracted the attention of academics and drug manufacturers combines the elements of traditional chinese medicine that targets natural products to support post-stroke recovery with today’s medicine that offers a range of pharmacological products to help prevent stroke.
