Abstract
Neuro Sweet syndrome is very rare and presents as acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis with neurologic symptoms. We describe a patient with Neuro Sweet syndrome where diagnosis was confirmed with skin biopsy and demonstrated clinical resolution of symptoms and signs with steroid therapy.
