Neural network-based venture capital risk assessment model

Abstract

As a new investment tool, venture capital is different from the traditional method of financial investment evaluation. The evaluation method is more complex, more professional and more subjective. But the current evaluation methods are difficult to reflect the characteristics of venture capital, which, to some extent, reduces the scientific and objective evaluation results and restricts the development of venture capital industry. Based on this, a venture capital risk assessment model based on neural network is proposed. By analyzing the principal components of the model, the design principle of venture capital risk assessment model, the index system of venture capital risk assessment model, the structure of BP neural network and the fitness function of the model based on neural network genetic algorithm are designed to complete the whole model. Experimental results show that this risk assessment model has more advantages than the traditional assessment model in the output value of early warning results and network error.
