Abstract
In this paper, a novel control approach for synchronization on uncertain complex dynamical networks with nonidentical nodes is presented using a local adaptive strategy; a recurrent high order neural network is used to identify the unknown system dynamics, and for synchronization an inverse optimal controller is applied. The proposed controller effectiveness is illustrated via simulations. The illustrative example is composed by a network of six different chaotic nodes.
