Abstract

The business success of Indian emigrants has attracted a great deal of popular attention in recent years. The number of systematic studies, however, is woe fully limited, and so is our understanding of the factors impinging upon the entrepreneurial manifestations of Indians abroad. This paper discusses an important aspect of the business behaviour of the Indian business community in the province of Northern Ireland in the United Kingdom.
