Abstract

The article discusses the design and implementation of the main stages of the regional innovation program "Network mentoring of schools with high and low results of training students: organizational mechanisms". The main research apparatus is formulated in the article: relevance, object and subject, goals and objectives, hypothesis, expected results and criteria for their evaluation. The mechanisms of solving innovative tasks at each program stage (preparatory, main and final) are revealed, conclusions are drawn. In order to understand the essence of the work being carried out, the main theoretical sources are analyzed, which makes it possible to solve the main research task: how organizationally and meaningfully should forms of mentoring be embedded in existing models of networking and social partnership of various organizations? Which model of network interaction can be chosen for a particular educational system? An organizational mechanism for solving the problem of mentoring "learning by action" at the level of each municipal educational system in the conditions of scientific and methodological support within the framework of the regional educational system is proposed.
