Abstract
Elevated railway projects are being promoted these days. The purpose of this study is to estimate the effect of the projects on the surrounding roadside land prices by examining the correlation with the improvement of network indices that express convenience and liveliness, and so on. By examining the differences in the rate of change of these indices and the prices before and after each project, we clarified the relationship between the network indices and the increase in the prices. And developed a model to classify the degree of increase in the prices.
